Job description

Global HR Solutions Consultant
Competitive day rate
London/hybrid office

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as an internal consultant, working with clients in the business to lead and deliver process design and process improvement engagements.
  • Establish trust and credibility with clients; build and maintain long-term working relationships across the business.
  • Lead planning, design, development and execution of process design engagement activities including:
  1. Document and analyse current state HR processes across regions and countries.
  2. Evaluate and design processes and procedures to increase productivity, reduce costs, improve time management, and improve risk management.
  3. Advise and collaborate with stakeholders on developing standards, identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in process development to enable results and optimize outcomes.
  4. Develop and maintain process documentation, including identifying changes to existing processes and related policies.
  5. Work with teams and/or train managers to ensure that processes are clear and can be applied quickly and efficiently.
  6. Select, tailor and implement methods and tools for improving business processes at program, project or team level.
  7. Develop and maintain process monitoring tools such as dashboards, scorecards, SharePoint sites, etc.
  • Provide day-to-day management and guidance across projects to support successful engagement delivery.
