Location: This is a hybrid role, offering a combination of remote and office work across the UK.

We are seeking a passionate and collaborative Team Leader to join our HR Shared Services team.

This is a pivotal time to join us in creating a global service for the organization. You will have a significant impact on shaping the future of the RS employee experience.

What you will be doing:

  • Manage and develop a team of experienced HR and Technical Specialists, serving as their escalation/referral point for complex cases.
  • Drive team performance to improve service delivery, ensuring appropriate performance measures and SLAs are in place.
  • Use data and insights to identify solutions to short-term and recurring people challenges, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence.
  • Optimize HR systems to streamline processes and enhance customer experience; lead change management activities for improvements.
  • Deputise for the Shared Services Lead as required.

Skills and experience we are looking for:

  • Experience coaching, developing, and motivating teams in hybrid or remote environments.
  • Expertise in employment law, managing complex ER cases and tribunal matters.
  • Proven experience delivering change projects and process improvements, managing people implications.
  • Experience setting up or expanding international People Shared Services teams.
  • Proficiency with SuccessFactors, PeopleDoc, or similar systems.
  • Experience designing and implementing People processes, policies, and procedures, ideally internationally.
