Job Purpose
The HR Shared Services Manager is responsible for delivering a first-class people service for our colleagues through the leadership of the Shared Services teams, focusing on administration, data, and MI.
You will manage the HR "engine room", ensuring all transactional interactions are optimized, efficient, and successful, including onboarding, managing movers, visa sponsorship support, creating data dashboards, and HR systems management.
You will oversee 3 Team Leader roles across HR Administration, Training Administration, and Data, Systems and Insights.
This role is on a Fixed Term Contract basis while current managers are seconded to a critical project for approximately 20 months.
