We are currently seeking an experienced and proactiveHR Shared Services Managerto join a well-established and reputable organisation based in North Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated HR professional to play a key role in leading and developing a high-performing shared services team during a pivotal period of transformation and delivery.

Contract:6-month FTC
Start Date:ASAP

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the HR Shared Services function
  • Ensure delivery of efficient, accurate, and high-quality HR administration and operational support
  • Drive performance and service standards in line with KPIs and SLAs
  • Support the continuous improvement of HR systems, processes, and digital tools
  • Coach, develop, and support team members to enhance capability and service delivery
  • Champion a customer-focused approach across all HR interactions

Key Requirements:

  • Proven experience in HR operations and shared service environments
  • Strong working knowledge of HR administration, systems, and digital tools
  • Demonstrated leadership experience, including coaching and developing teams
  • Results-driven, with a focus on performance, efficiency, and excellent customer service
  • Confident communicator with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
