An established industry player is seeking a skilled HR professional to lead a dedicated team in delivering top-notch HR services. This role involves designing and implementing HR strategies that align with business objectives while ensuring exceptional service delivery. With a hybrid working model, you will balance office presence and flexibility, contributing to a dynamic work environment. Your new role
You will be responsible for participating in designing and ensuring implementation of HR administration/shared services strategy, designing and delivering best in class HR services, products and systems in line with current/future business needs and budgets. You will lead a team of HR specialists ensuring development and delivery of an exceptional service to the UK business. It is working 37.5 hours per week and it is hybrid working - 3 days a week in the office.
What you need to succeed
You will need to have 3 to 5 years of experience within HR, have line management experience and experience of working with senior leaders. Experience of balancing competing priorities, working with senior leaders and influencing senior leadership.
What you’ll get in return
You will have a permanent position working for a global leader and will receive an annual salary of £40,000 to £50,000 depending on experience.
