Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) is seeking an HR Shared Services Consultant to be based in The Netherlands or Belgium.
Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division (Hexagon) looking for an HR Advisor/Consultant who is fluent in Dutch and/or Arabic to join our HR Shared Services team. The successful candidate will initially focus on providing HR services and support within the Netherlands, with a gradual expansion of responsibilities to cover the broader EMEA region.
Overview and Job Summary:
The HR Shared Services Consultant is an experienced HR professional responsible for providing advice and guidance to employees independently on various HR matters. This role focuses on enhancing process efficiency, optimizing HR services, and contributing to the development of HR operational strategies. Additionally, the consultant is expected to provide training support within the HR Shared Services team.
