Our Corporate division are now seeking a talented HR Shared Service Administrator to join the wider Global HR Team. Some of the essentials for you to know are:

Workplace Type: Hybrid
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract (12-months)

Here's a breakdown of what you will be doing:
Our PeopleHub UK team requires a resourceful and bubbly individual who is incredibly organised and full of initiative to support our busy HR team and YNAP Population.
Prepare all employment-related letters for staff including role changes, annual salary increase, family-friendly changes, new starters and leavers
Be the Guardian of all HR policies and processes providing 1st line response to policy queries utilizing our ticketing system Workday Help
Manage the end to end maternity and paternity process
Process Leavers and conduct exit interviews
Update and maintain our employee personnel files and keep HR Systems updated
Work closely with our payroll team providing support to managers and employees for the Workday system
Provide general and comprehensive administration support to the HR Business Partners, Advisors and Recruitment
Support the onboarding of our new employees
Conduct Right to Work checks for new and existing employees
Track and monitor: fixed term contractors, maternity, paternity shared parental leave, probation, visas/right to work and allowances
Complete ad hoc duties and projects as required
Follow all HR processes and assist in ensuring compliance with these across the team and the wider businesses
Contribute to the growth of the company through ideas and department initiatives
Ensure that the company values are intrinsic in every part of your role
The type of person that we are looking for:
Ideally prior experience in an HR administrative role supporting a busy team and providing first line advice to employee (strong plus)
Prior working experience in an Administrative role (nice to have)
Discreet, professional and well presented, with excellent communication skills
Articulate with excellent writing skills and great attention to detail
Exceptionally well organised and efficient
Ability to use judgment and seek guidance with confidential issues
Great sense of humour, empathy and work ethic
Service driven with ability to work to stringent deadlines
Pro-active and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve the HR service to the business
Knowledge of MS Office, specifically Excel/Outlook/Word
Knowledge and experience with Workday preferable, but not mandatory
