Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage competitive reward strategies.
Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure competitive pay structures.
Advise on salary reviews, bonus schemes, and employee benefits.
Support reward processes and annual reviews.
Communicate reward strategies to employees.
Key Requirements:
Proven experience in Reward or Compensation and Benefits, ideally in the private sector.
Strong knowledge of reward structures, trends, and legislation.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
CIPD or equivalent qualification (desirable).
