This position is based at Mill Garth Hospital, Millpond Lane, Meanwood, Leeds, Yorkshire, LS6 4RA, under the Priory Group Division.

Mill Garth Hospital is a 19-bed high dependency recovery and rehabilitation hospital in Meanwood, Leeds. We offer active and positive engagement for males aged 18 and over, experiencing a range of mental health disorders.
The role involves providing efficient, professional, and effective administrative support to hospital managers. You will ensure the appropriate use of human resources policies and procedures related to staff employment.
Experience working within a human resource department is essential. Experience in a finance environment would be advantageous.
You should be able to organize and prioritize your work and supervise others within established procedures. Flexibility and practical problem-solving skills are required to adapt to operational issues.
Supervise members of the admin team.
Share responsibility for the care and security of equipment and consumables on site.
Ensure the security, confidentiality, and accuracy of HR and finance data, information, and personnel records.
Effective communication is vital, often requiring judgment to facilitate administrative processes and relationship management. Prioritization and handling of sensitive information are key aspects of the role.
