Responsible for the day-to-day HR functions at Federal Mogul Aftermarket at 2 UK locations, overseeing approximately 70 staff members.
Provide comprehensive HR support to the leadership team and on-site managers on Employee Relations, reward and benefits, payroll, and colleague engagement.
Actively promote colleague engagement to foster a more engaged and productive workforce.
Ensure timely completion of all KPI reporting requirements at both site and corporate levels on a weekly/monthly basis.
Manage the complete UK payroll cycle, including statutory reporting, ensuring accurate data entry and recording.
Support line managers with short-term and long-term absence reviews, especially where rehabilitation is not possible.
Provide HR support during severe disciplinary and grievance hearings, ensuring adherence to policies and procedures.
Coordinate UK aftermarket recruitment processes, including approvals, benchmarking, interviews, selection, onboarding, and integration.
Advise managers on changes in employment law and updates to site policies and procedures in line with legislative changes.
Collaborate with the wider European HR team to share best practices and implement HR strategies in the UK Aftermarket.

Required Profile:
CIPD Level 3 qualification.
GCSEs in Maths and English.
Strong Employee Relations knowledge.
Operational HR experience covering ER, Benefits, Recruitment, Reward, and Employee Engagement.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.).
Experience in a standalone operational HR role is essential.
Minimum of 3 years as a Senior HR Advisor.
Experience working in a fast-paced private sector environment.
Excellent communication skills at all levels, both face-to-face and in writing.
Ability to make proactive decisions and think quickly.
Maintain high integrity and confidentiality.
Eligibility to work in the UK is mandatory.
