People Reporting & Insights promotes all people-related decision making through data and analytics. The HR Reporting Analyst role is responsible for providing recommendations via accurate workforce reports to support business decisions.

This role is hybrid, requiring onsite presence at Bicester Village 2-3 days a week.

What you will be doing

The key responsibilities include:

• Responding to ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from local People teams, managers, or employees
• Producing reports and analysis daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually for stakeholders
• Taking briefs from the People Insights & Reporting Manager to deliver workforce reporting using tools like Excel, Power BI, ServiceNow HR, and SAP SuccessFactors
• Escalating data integrity issues and ensuring timely resolution
• Maintaining the People Reporting Dictionary
