Job summary

Sheffield City Council is seeking an HR Recruitment Officer on a fixed-term maternity cover contract until 31 March 2027. The role is hybrid, with two days per week in the city centre office in Sheffield.

The successful candidate will support recruitment from advert to appointment, working with candidates and managers to ensure a professional, inclusive process. We value accuracy, customer service and the ability to manage a busy workload in a high-volume setting.

• Experience in HR, recruitment or similar role.
