The Role
  1. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Recruiter with HR operations expertise and deep knowledge of the Saudi Arabian market.
  2. Local Governance - manage HR activities in the location, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and measuring process health.
  3. Drive direct hiring in the business consulting space, supporting our ambitious growth plans.
  4. Responsibilities include recruitment strategy, employee relations, lifecycle management, and HR project implementation.
  5. The role requires building strong relationships, working under pressure, paying attention to detail, and using initiative.

Required Skills and Experience:
  • Proven recruitment experience in-house, RPO, MSP, or agency environments
  • Knowledge of HR disciplines and financial services recruitment experience

  • Experience recruiting in fast-paced, changing environments
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent time management and sourcing skills
  • Fluency in Arabic and residency in Saudi Arabia is mandatory
