Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and report on human resources information
• Promote HR best practices across the global business
• Ensure managers adhere to HR policies and practices
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders
• Develop relationships with recruitment agencies to support ongoing hiring needs
• Conduct in-house headhunting programs using various job boards and social media platforms
• Support line managers proactively and on demand, ensuring full compliance with recruitment policies

Skills & Experience Required

• Ability to handle volume and complexity in a busy HR environment
• Experience in creating attraction and retention strategies
• International HR/Recruitment experience is a plus
• Strong IT and numeracy skills
• Integrity and approachability for discussing sensitive issues
• Curiosity and willingness to challenge company culture where necessary
