Manchester City Centre (Hybrid - 2-3 days in-office)
12-Month Fixed-Term Contract
£45,000 - £60,000 + Bonus + Excellent Benefits

Be a part of global transformation in HR.

We're hiring an HR Projects Specialist for a 12-month fixed-term role at the heart of a major HR transformation. If you're a proactive, detail-driven professional with a passion for HR systems and stakeholder collaboration, this is a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced international business at a pivotal moment.

Based in Manchester, with a flexible hybrid working model, you'll play a vital role in implementing and embedding global HR systems and initiatives - supported by a collaborative, high-performing global HR team.

The Role

You'll work across global and local teams, helping drive the successful implementation of enterprise-wide HR solutions. You'll join at a critical stage of the project as the business prepares for a number of module rollouts later this year.

This role is well-suited to someone who enjoys project coordination and stakeholder engagement - bringing a PMO-style mindset into the HR space.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate training logistics and activities across project modules
  • Track timelines, manage communications, and keep projects on schedule
  • Facilitate workshops and follow up on actions with relevant stakeholders
  • Maintain alignment across teams by managing engagement and communication
  • Monitor progress, provide updates, and report insights to senior stakeholders
  • Support data analysis and reporting tasks in collaboration with HR colleagues

About You

We're looking for an HR professional who thrives in a collaborative, project-driven environment.

You'll bring:

  • Proven experience in HR project support or coordination
  • Strong grounding in HR - maybe from a generalist background
  • Ideally hands-on involvement in HR systems implementation
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Solid Excel/data analysis skills
  • A detail-oriented, organised approach with the ability to work independently
  • Experience navigating complex, matrixed global organisations

What's on Offer?

  • Salary £48,000 - £58,000 per annum
  • Competitive bonus scheme
  • 12-month FTC starting ASAP
  • Hybrid Work: 2-3 days a week in Manchester city centre office
  • Comprehensive benefits package includes Private health care and strong pension contribution
