A leading company in the media sector seeks an HR Projects & Reporting Assistant to support their HR transformation initiatives. This hybrid role includes responsibilities for project management, data reporting, and enhancing operational processes. The ideal candidate will possess strong HR operations experience, confidence in data management tools, and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
We are looking for HR Projects & Reporting Assistant to join our HR Admin Team on a full-time permanent contract.

As the HR Projects & Reporting Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the successful management of Bauer UK HR transformation projects, deliverables and priorities.
You will also manage and track projects using proven operational excellence methodologies and project processes to ensure a collaborative ‘one team’ approach.
This is a hybrid position where you will work from home and our office at Peterborough.
