HR Projects Manager - Compensation, Benefits and Pensions

THE ROLE (hybrid working with some travel):

Working in compact central Human Resources team, my client requires a delivery-focussed professional who can communicate, co-ordinate and facilitate a range of HR projects around pensions, benefits and compensation working closely with a range of stakeholders accross their businesses.

You may or may not be from a HR background but you will have experience of working on projects impacting human resources and systems including a solid understanding around larger and more complex pension schemes, reward structures and benefits. You will have worked to scope, assess feasibility, communicate and deliver changes as part of a wider team and structure with the support other technical specialists (e.g. HR, IT, external providers).

You will have previous experience of project delivery and will enjoy a challenging, project-based role where you can have a significant impact in the business ensuring it remains competitive, compliant and future-ready.

THE PERSON:

The successful candidate will have:

- Demonstrable ability to take ownership of and drive projects from early stages to implementation.

- Strong IT skills and understanding of systems ideally including SAP, MS Office, Excel, Powerpoint etc.

- Good numeracy, analytical capability and comfortable with new technologies.

- A robust understanding of technical and HR / people issues around especially pensions, compensation and benefits including appreciation for legal and audit considerations.

- Great communication skills at all levels of the business and externally, verbally and in writing.

- Ability to take the lead on project teams and influence outcomes.

- Ability to work autonomously but also cohesively with local and remote colleagues.
