HR Project Manager (Workday deployment)

12-month FTC - Potential for extension or to go permanent

Location: London, 1-2 days a week

Salary: £75,000 - £80,000 + bonus

I am working with a global organisation seeking an HR Project Manager to assist with their Workday deployment.

You will:

• Support the successful delivery of Workday globally.
• Oversee multiple project workstreams (change, technical, data, etc.) ensuring alignment throughout the project timeline.
• Manage project team meetings and provide direction.
• Liaise with stakeholders to manage dependencies and expectations.
• Manage the project plan and DRAID log.
• Present & report project progress to the Programme Manager, escalating risks, issues, and change requests as needed.
• Maintain a positive, solution-oriented approach, providing open and honest feedback.
• Present a professional and positive image of HR and the company in all internal and external contacts, fostering mutually constructive, positive, and beneficial relationships.
