Job Title: HR Project Manager - SAP SuccessFactors

Location: Remote - Based in the UK, ability to travel to Bicester when required.

Salary/Rate: £550-£575 Inside IR35. Depending on expereince

Start Date: July/August

Job Type: 3 month Contract

We’re looking for an experienced HR Project Manager to lead and deliver key initiatives within our HR transformation program.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong project management skills and a background in HR systems - SAP Success Factors and job structure frameworks.

Key Responsibilities:

Stakeholder Management: Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and secure alignment on project deliverables and timelines

Project Delivery: Lead the end-to-end delivery of HR technology projects, ensuring successful outcomes on time and within scope.

Communication: Clearly communicate change impacts, project updates, and business benefits to a range of audiences.

Resource Management: Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors, ensuring effective collaboration and resource allocation.

Required Skills & Experience:

Proven experience in project management, ideally in HR or HR technology domains.

Exposure to SuccessFactors and job structure frameworks.

Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Ability to manage resources effectively and work cross-functionally with HR and business teams.
