Are you passionate about compliance, workforce governance, and operational efficiency? Join our team as a Project Manager – Compliance, where you will play a pivotal role in managing workforce compliance initiatives across EMEA.

Your first project will focus on compliance, ensuring adherence to local labor laws and company workforce policies. You will oversee workforce policies across multiple EMEA countries, working closely with Legal, HR, Procurement, and Operations teams to ensure consistency, compliance, and efficiency in workforce management.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape and optimize workforce compliance processes in a fast-paced, multinational environment.

What You’ll Do
  • Support and equip local teams across EMEA with the right framework, tools, and guidelines to ensure compliance.
  • Oversee cross-country workforce policies, identifying areas for improvement and standardization.
  • Conduct compliance audits and risk assessments to ensure adherence across all EMEA regions.
  • Collaborate with Legal, HR, Procurement, and Operations to implement compliant workforce strategies.
  • Engage with vendors, contractors, and external partners to optimize workforce classification, contracts, and regulatory processes.
  • Develop and implement compliance frameworks that align with evolving EMEA labor laws.
  • Drive policy standardization initiatives for management across multiple EMEA countries.
  • Provide data-driven insights and reports on workforce trends, compliance risks, and process improvements.
About you
  • 3-5 years of project management experience in HR compliance, workforce governance, or labor management.
  • Strong understanding of UK, EU, and EMEA labor laws, and workforce regulations.
  • Proven experience managing multi-country compliance frameworks within EMEA.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional projects, working closely with Legal, HR, Procurement, and Operations teams.
  • Analytical mindset, with expertise in data analysis, compliance tracking, and reporting to drive informed decision-making.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
Preferred Experience
  • Experience in workforce governance and HR policy standardization.
  • Project Management Certification (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile) is a plus.
  • Background in HR Operations, employment law compliance, or labor law consultancy.
  • Exposure to fast-paced, multinational environments with workforce responsibilities.
