A leading recruiting company in London is seeking a Senior HR Project Manager on a 6-month FTC basis to support a critical HR project involving outsourcing. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in employee relations and organizational change, particularly in the financial services sector. Responsibilities include leading consultation processes and maintaining project plans. The role is hybrid with a start in September 2025.

I’m currently supporting a financial services who are looking for someone to support a high profile HR project involving outsourcing a UK department overseas. The project is due to go live in October 2025, with planning kicking off from September. The work is already scoped and signed off, with a clear project plan in place.
Lead at-risk and redundancy consultation processes
Coordinate and run consultation meetings, liaise with stakeholders and maintain documentation
Ensure a tight comms and change management plan, including updated FAQs and planning touchpoints with various teams
Work closely with the Head of HR and other HR members
Keep the overall project plan updated and on track
Provide day-to-day employee relations support alongside the project
A strong ER Advisor, HR Project Manager or Business Partnr with strong experience managing organisational change and redundancy programmes
Deep understanding of UK employment law, collective consultations, and ER best practice
Gravitas to lead, influence and challenge across senior stakeholders
Approachable, collaborative style-able to operate in a complex and evolving environment
Background in financial services
