Job description

Senior HR Project Manager 6-month FTC
Location: London (hybrid)
Start: September 2025

I’m currently supporting a financial services who are looking for someone to support a high profile HR project involving outsourcing a UK department overseas. The project is due to go live in October 2025, with planning kicking off from September. The work is already scoped and signed off, with a clear project plan in place.

Key responsibilities:
  • Lead at-risk and redundancy consultation processes

  • Coordinate and run consultation meetings, liaise with stakeholders and maintain documentation

  • Ensure a tight comms and change management plan, including updated FAQs and planning touchpoints with various teams

  • Work closely with the Head of HR and other HR members

  • Keep the overall project plan updated and on track

  • Provide day-to-day employee relations support alongside the project

What they’re looking for:
  • A strong ER Advisor, HR Project Manager or Business Partnr with strong experience managing organisational change and redundancy programmes

  • Deep understanding of UK employment law, collective consultations, and ER best practice

  • Gravitas to lead, influence and challenge across senior stakeholders

  • Approachable, collaborative style-able to operate in a complex and evolving environment

  • Background in financial services
