Senior HR Project Manager 6-month FTC Location: London (hybrid) Start: September 2025I'm currently supporting a financial services who are looking for someone to support a high profile HR project involving outsourcing a UK department overseas. The project is due to go live in October 2025, with planning kicking off from September. The work is already scoped and signed off, with a clear project plan in place.

Key responsibilities:

Lead at-risk and redundancy consultation processes Coordinate and run consultation meetings, liaise with stakeholders and maintain documentationEnsure a tight comms and change management plan, including updated FAQs and planning touchpoints with various teamsWork closely with the Head of HR and other HR members Keep the overall project plan updated and on trackProvide day-to-day employee relations support alongside the project
