HR Project Manager

You will be joining a leading organisation in Scotland's public sector undergoing a major systems transformation. Sat in the Business Transformation team, you will be heavily involved with the transformation, including decision-making and creating the project roadmap.

Your new role

You will be defining the scope of the project, developing project business cases, and creating and managing project teams to deliver and embed change across multiple projects concurrently. You will identify the most appropriate approach to deliver the project, and deliver it in accordance with the current project delivery processes and procedures. Working across multiple business areas, you will be building relationships with multiple senior stakeholders across the business - this will involve gathering requirements, assessing current processes, and facilitating workshops.

What you'll need to succeed

You will need experience project managing an HR transformation, ideally in the Public Sector. This could be within Oracle Fusion, Zelus, or another platform. Multiple experience would also be ideal.

You will have experience at the Project Manager level and be able to assess the current situation, and identify the correct path forward.
