Job description

HR Project Lead needed in Rotherham, £25.25ph PAYE– Reference: 0009 EF37 / 1

The HR Project Lead will evaluate, develop and implement improvement opportunities and a programme of significant change relating to workforce practice.

The post holder will have a demonstrable background in, and strong focus on, both project and large-scale change management and a good understanding of regulatory changes and employment legislation to guide the service through a period of significant change. Actively managing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure time-defined service objectives are achieved.

Key Duties/Areas of Responsibility:
  1. Lead on a comprehensive review of the HR service, identifying strengths and opportunities for improvement with the current service delivery model.
  2. Produce high-quality high-level reports and presentations for multiple audiences.
  3. Lead on implementing and managing large-scale change within the HR Service.
  4. Develop a thorough understanding of employment legislation, regulation, compliance and any upcoming factors that may impact on future service delivery.
  5. Working to develop and implement a sustainable delivery model to ensure effective, compliant and efficient delivery of the repairs and maintenance service.

This is a full time role on a temporary contract basis.
