This role is ideal for a Compensation & Benefits professional with strong project management skills to support the setup of benefits programs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop project plans with clear roles, responsibilities, and stakeholder engagement strategies.
• Create presentations that clearly communicate solutions and pathways.
• Lead process automation initiatives to reduce manual activities, utilizing HR systems, tools, and templates.

Experience:

• Experience in Compensation & Benefits within a multinational or European context.
