Job description

London | Hybrid **you will be in our London Office 2-3 Days per week **

Looking to build your career in HR and People Consulting?

We’re looking for an Associate Consultant / Consultant with experience in HR, People, Talent, Learning & Development, Human Capital or organisational projects to join our UK Consulting team.

You’ll help co-ordinate complex, fast-moving people programmes, working alongside consultants, project managers and senior colleagues to keep teams, information and delivery on track.

A quick note before you apply: this is not an IT or technology project management role. We’re specifically looking for experience within HR, people or organisational environments.

What will you be doing?

You’ll be right at the heart of our client work, helping to keep busy programmes organised, connected and moving forward.

And no two projects will look exactly the same.

You’ll:
  • Co-ordinate different project activities and workstreams, keeping on top of priorities, actions, deadlines and deliverables.
  • Help set up new client projects, making sure the right people, information and processes are in place.
  • Keep teams connected, ensuring information is shared and everyone is clear on what needs to happen next.
  • Work with project information and data, keeping records accurate and helping teams monitor progress.
  • Keep a close eye on the detail, spotting gaps or potential issues and raising them early.
  • Adapt when priorities change, helping the team respond quickly and keep delivery moving.
  • Work alongside experienced consultants and project managers, gaining first‑hand experience of how complex people consulting programmes are delivered.

This isn’t a role where you’ll simply follow the same process every day. Client needs change, priorities move and projects evolve. We need someone who can think, adapt and use their initiative.

Who are we looking for?
You might already be working in:
  • HR or People projects
  • Human Capital / People Consulting
  • Talent or Assessment
  • Learning & Development
  • Culture & Change
  • Organisational Effectiveness
  • HR operations with project exposure
  • People-focused professional services

Or perhaps you’re already building strong project experience within HR and looking for an opportunity to take that into a consulting environment.

You don’t need years of consulting experience.

What matters is that you’re organised, curious, proactive and great with detail. You enjoy working with different people, can juggle competing priorities and are comfortable taking responsibility for getting things done.

Most importantly, your experience and interests will be centred around people, HR and organisations.

This could be much more than your next project co‑ordination role.

You’ll gain exposure to different areas of people, talent and organisational consulting, work alongside experienced consultants and learn how complex client programmes are delivered.

For someone looking to build their consulting experience, broaden their exposure and develop their career in the HR and Human Capital space, there’s plenty of opportunity to grow.

If you’re brilliant at keeping things organised, enjoy working with people and want to build your career in consulting, we’d love to hear from you.
