Job Opening: HR Product Specialist (German speaker)

Location: London, with potential travel to Hamburg or Frankfurt

Our international HR department is seeking to hire a HR Product Specialist, (German speaker) for our London office. The role involves working with multiple HRIS systems such as Perbit, Avature, and Trinet to optimize HR processes by integrating these systems into a centralized database, facilitating report generation and analytics for stakeholders including HR management, Talent Acquisition, and senior leadership.

Your Role in the Team

• Integrate various HR-IT systems into a central internal database
• Develop and enhance interfaces for HR data systems
• Create audit-proof authorization and user management concepts
• Coordinate requirements from stakeholders (HR, IT, process owners, external providers)
• Support system developments and adjustments
• Participate in digitalization projects related to HR
• Collaborate extensively with HR teams in Germany, with travel to Hamburg and Frankfurt; potential relocation in the future

Who Are We Looking For?

• Strong understanding of data models and database structures
• IT skills, programming experience, data analysis, and systems integration expertise
• Experience with HR projects or HRIS (e.g., Perbit, Avature, SAP, Workday) and agile project management (Scrum) is desirable
• Basic programming skills in SQL are a plus
• Interest in data models, Big Data integration, and digitalization
• Fluent in German and English
• Proactive, communicative, and flexible with travel
