About the Role

We are pleased to be working with a large global organization that has recently implemented Workday HCM and is now focusing on their second wave, aimed at enhancing and optimizing the core functionalities of Workday HCM.

This is an exciting phase of their broader transformation strategy. The role is ideally suited for someone who can lead the organization through this next stage of optimization and product enhancement.

Candidate Profile

This role is suitable for a Workday Product Owner, HRIS Manager, or Senior Programme Manager with product experience. The candidate must be able to lead a small team effectively and be very hands-on in driving product enhancements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Understand the full suite of HCM and operations, including recruitment & learning, compensation, and benefits & rewards.
  • Demonstrate experience on Workday supporting tech and HR needs, and how it supports the business.
  • Analyze wider operations to optimize processes and utilize analytics for evolution.
  • Identify next steps and remedial actions, and develop appropriate plans to address issues.
