HR Business Process Design & CI Expert

Location: Milton Keynes (MK4 3FU)
Contract Type: Permanent
Grade: RCS L
Hybrid working - 3 days in office

DHL, an award-winning global leader in supply chain solutions, is seeking a talented HR Business Process Design & CI Specialist to join our HR Shared Service Centre. This pivotal role is focused on optimising end-to-end HR processes, aligning regional and global strategies, and enhancing the customer and user experience within our HR systems.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

1. Process Improvement: Support, coordinate, and lead continuous improvement initiatives across HR systems and processes. Aim for streamlined and standardized processes to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
2. Process Design & Documentation: Design, document, and assess processes using standardised frameworks, ensuring they meet global requirements, legal/regulatory compliance and internal controls.
3. Stakeholder Engagement: Actively gather process improvement suggestions from business stakeholders, HR Shared Services teams, and customer surveys, developing solutions to address identified needs.
4. System Management: Oversee the planning and implementation of system builds, manage user acceptance testing, and evaluate post-implementation improvements.
5. Training & Communication: Develop content for training sessions and communicate process updates and changes effectively to operational teams.

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

1. Proven ability to work effectively across teams and divisions.
2. Experience in HR systems, process improvement, or project management, ideally within a Shared Services or HR Operations context.
3. Strong analytical skills with an ability to assess complex business processes and recommend optimisations.
4. Solid general business and operational management experience.
5. Excellent attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
6. Experience with written documentation, continuous improvement methodologies, and stakeholder management.
7. Don't need HR Experience, but needs a passion for documentation and process.
