Join a leading financial institution as an HR Process Advisor in Northampton. You will be part of a dynamic HR Operations team, delivering essential HR services and support. As a Barclays HR Process Advisor, you will become a member of the HR Operations team, delivering services and transformation to HR and the broader business. You will work in a team environment, providing guidance and resolving queries based on policies and processes within agreed timelines with accuracy to ensure effective administration of HR processes and systems.
This role is based in Northampton and supports the US region, with working hours from 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm under a hybrid working policy.
