Job summary

Investigo is seeking an HR Generalist with a strong policy background to lead the development and refinement of HR policies across the UK and Ireland. Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations, you will write, rewrite and review policies to ensure compliance and best practice.

You will provide expert guidance on complex employee relations matters, including disciplinaries, grievances, and investigations. The role requires proactive monitoring of legislation and collaboration with HR partners

Qualifications

• Experience developing, reviewing or implementing HR policies across organisations.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and advisory skills.
• Knowledge of UK and Ireland employment legislation is a plus.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Employee Relations, you will identify, develop, and rewrite HR Policies across UK and Ireland offices.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development, review and maintenance of HR policies and procedures across the UK and Ireland.
• Provide expert advice and guidance on complex employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance management and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with UK and Irish employment legislation and employment best practice.
• Support organisational change initiatives, including consultation and policy implementation.
• Partner with HR colleagues and leaders to promote consistent application of policies and people processes.
• Monitor legislative developments and recommend policy updates where required.
• Deliver training and guidance to managers on employee relations and policy matters.
