This role is working closely with the Head of HR Change and Policy and the wider HR team to help develop and maintain our suite of people policies and employment contracts, in line with legislation, regulatory requirements, and the Firm’s HR strategy.
The role combines an understanding of the Firm with HR expertise to support the development of HR policy and key contractual templates to meet business needs.
This is a fixed-term position (6 months) to provide additional, temporary resource to address the upcoming changes in employment law, helping to refresh the people policies within the firm.
To apply, you will need to be CIPD qualified L5 or have an equivalent relevant professional qualification, with an employee relations background and a proven track record in policy development and employment contract management.
