As a key member of our HR Change & Policy team, you'll get to shape our employment policies and practices, making sure they're legally compliant, benchmarked, and straightforward. This is a brand-new role, giving you the chance to make a real impact and drive continuous improvement across our organisation.
As our HR Policy and Compliance Partner, you’ll have a strong background in Employee Relations (ER) and will be responsible for understanding employment law and trends to set policy and contract positions, providing advice on complex cases, and managing relationships with third-party employment solicitors. You'll oversee tribunals and early conciliation cases, upskill the HR team and managers, and be responsible for HR risk and audit processes.
Please note; this role does NOT include managing a case load prior to early conciliation.
