We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented HR PMO Analyst to support HR initiatives and programs across a global organization. This role is central to the HR Project Management Office, ensuring governance, tracking, and reporting of HR programs aligned with strategic goals. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, a passion for project delivery, and a data-driven approach to support decision-making and resource planning. You will collaborate with HR Leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure transparency, improve delivery, and execute key initiatives on schedule and within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Program & Project Delivery Support: Support planning, tracking, and delivery of HR programs and projects, monitor progress, manage risks, and prepare reports for leadership. Maintain project documentation, timelines, stakeholder maps, and performance metrics. Ensure activities align with strategic priorities through structured governance.
  2. Stakeholder Management: Engage with HR leadership and project owners for alignment, build relationships across HR and the business, facilitate problem-solving, and present data and narratives on project status.
  3. Data-Driven Decision Making: Use HR and project data to generate insights, develop dashboards and reports, analyze trends, and recommend actions. Promote a culture of data-informed decisions in HR initiatives.
  4. Capacity & Resource Management: Keep an updated view of team capacity, support planning cycles, identify conflicts early, and collaborate on mitigation strategies.
  5. Continuous Improvement & PMO Governance: Contribute to refining PMO standards, identify process improvements, and prepare governance materials ensuring consistency in frameworks and reporting.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 5 years in project management, HR operations, or business analysis, preferably in a global or matrixed organization.
  • Strong understanding of HR functions and experience with people initiatives.
  • Experience with senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
  • Highly organized with attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment.
  • Analytical skills with experience interpreting data for planning and decision-making.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools; experience with data visualization is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
