Overview

BMW (UK) Manufacturing Limited, MINI Plant Oxford - HR Planning – 13 Months Placement (July 2026).

What awaits you?
  • Provide support across HR planning, reporting, and analytics activities.
  • Assist in data collection, validation, and synthesis for various HR projects.
  • Support the preparation, maintenance, and presentation of HR reports and dashboards.
  • Aid in coordinating meetings, communications, and stakeholder updates.
  • Help gather and organise information from HR systems and tools.
  • Contribute to project work and event coordination (e.g., seminars, initiatives).
  • Maintain thorough documentation, templates, and file management.
  • Collaborate with multiple HR teams to drive improvements and efficiency.
  • Learn and apply internal policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
What should you bring along?
  • Studying towards a Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Human Resources or other relevant fields and on track to achieve a 2:2 or above.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Resilient with highly developed interpersonal skills.
  • Able to integrate and thrive working within a small team.
  • Proficient in IT, including experience of Microsoft Office user including Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
  • Motivated, driven and eager to take on new challenges.
  • German language skills would be advantageous, but not essential.
