A major healthcare provider in Wales is seeking two HR/People Officers to support their Central IHC services. In this role, you will provide HR advice, attend meetings across North Wales, and manage various ER cases. Ideal candidates will have a CIPD Level 5 qualification, or willingness to pursue it. The role offers a chance to improve organizational performance and support diverse teams, welcoming both Welsh and English speakers.
We are seeking to appoint two enthusiastic and compassionate HR/People Officers to support our Central IHC services, based at our offices in Royal Alexandra Hospital. You will work alongside the People Business Partner to provide HR advice to a variety of clinical and non-clinical managers as well as supporting our administration team. You will be required to travel across North Wales to attend meetings within this role. You will be the first point of contact for all HR matters and queries arising from employees and managers. You will report to the Business Partner, who will provide overall ER case responsibility. To improve the Portfolio's performance, and reduce ER case numbers you will be proactive in your approach, resolving informally where appropriate.
Remuneration will be dependent upon qualification, skill and experience within the Band 5 pay scale.
The ability to speak Welsh is desirable; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
