Our People Managers play a crucial role in the success of our Sites by creating and driving effective people strategies and operations. Managing an onsite People Team (up to 8 members), the People Manager will partner with the Site and Leadership teams to implement first-class HR practices aligned with Morrisons' vision and ways of working. This fast-paced and challenging role requires attention to detail and credibility. Due to the nature of our logistics operations, this role is fully site-based with no hybrid working option.
