Cronofy Limited is seeking an HR Lead on maternity cover to support the COO and own the full HR remit across the UK, NL and EOR arrangements. This hands-on generalist role spans onboarding, HR systems, policy, benefits and DEI, with visibility across the business.
The role requires excellent organisational skills, experience across multiple jurisdictions, and the ability to work 3 days a week. You can work remotely or hybrid from the UK, with Nottingham-based teams as a reference point.
Are you a highly organised, detail-oriented HR professional looking for your next opportunity in People operations? This could be the ideal role for you. Cronofy is looking for a HR Lead to join us on a maternity cover basis, supporting our COO to ensure the smooth and efficient running of our People function. Our People team is small and high-performing, supporting every corner of the business, from the people we employ across the UK and Netherlands, our EOR arrangements, as well as the day-to-day running of HR. This is a chance to own the full HR remit across multiple jurisdictions, shape how our people function operates, and take the next step in your HR career. Cronofy is a high-growth technology company headquartered in the UK, with offices in Nottingham, London, and Amsterdam. We're the temporal infrastructure connecting agents, systems, and teams, unifying availability control, coordinating the full scheduling lifecycle, and unlocking meeting intelligence, so every interaction that depends on time runs reliably, at scale, and without friction. It's an incredibly exciting time to join us, following recent funding we continue to enhance our core offering and are in a strong position to expand into growing international markets. Our mission is to be the go-to scheduling infrastructure for high performance companies globally.
We'relooking for a capable HR generalist to provide maternity cover for our People team, supporting the business across the UK, Netherlands, and Employer of Record (EOR). This is a hands-on role covering the full employee lifecycle, HR systems, and day-to-day HR administration, ideal for someone confident taking full ownership of HR delivery.
While this list is not exhaustive, you should expect to have visibility (and impact) in all areas of our People operations.
Our principles guide how we approach everyday. We work hard but insist that everyone considers the balance between work and their life and responsibilities outside. We are direct in our dealings with each other. We continuously work to build mutual trust so that we can give each other feedback without fear of it being taking personally. We can support a predominantly remote, office-based or hybrid working model. We do really value face-to-face time and, where circumstances allow, encourage teams to spend regular time together at suitable locations. As our current Business Operations team is based in Nottingham, the successful applicant should be based in, or within a reasonably commutable distance, to the Nottingham city centre.
The goal is to discover what you will bring to Cronofy and what Cronofy will bring to you. It's as important for you to determine whether this is the right move for your career as much as anything else, so don't be afraid to ask questions. We value transparency and so are happy to answer any questions you may have. For a full breakdown of our interview process, please visit:https://docs.cronofy.com/interviewing-with-us/
