Job Description:

The UK Infrastructure Support (UKIFS) is seeking a dedicated HR People Advisor to support their organizational growth and employee management initiatives. The role involves developing and delivering the People Plan, managing employee relations, and supporting various HR projects across UKIFS sites in West Burton and Culham.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing the annual People Plan aligned with organizational goals
• Managing employee relations cases and advising on HR policies
• Supporting talent management, leadership development, and early careers programs
• Leading engagement and wellbeing initiatives
• Managing daily HR operations and ensuring legal compliance

Qualifications required:

• Degree in HRM or related field, or equivalent experience
• CIPD Level 5 or higher
• Experience as an HR Advisor or Junior HRBP managing employee relations and policies
• Proficiency in HR analytics and UK employment law

Additional desirable skills include experience in the civil service, project management, and job evaluation training.
