A leading IT firm in Ewloe seeks an experienced HR / People Advisor to join their People team. Focused on employee relations, you will guide managers and employees on HR issues, develop training programs, and ensure compliance with employment laws. Salary: £35,000 - £37,000

About The Role
We are looking for an experienced HR/People Advisor to join our People team here at ARO. In this role, you will provide Group HR generalist support on all our human resource policies and procedures, to help shape our employee journey and be responsible for maintaining excellent employee relations at ARO. You will work with senior stakeholders and the wider people team across a range of HR activities including organisational development, change management, talent management, performance management, employee communications and engagement. As our HR/People Advisor, you will be responsible for providing guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters. Your primary focus will be on promoting positive working relationships, resolving conflicts, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations. This role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, along with a deep understanding of HR policies and practices. Please note that this is a Hybrid role with onsite requirement 3 days a week. You must be able to commute to the office and have your own transport.
