Brook Street in Wokingham is seeking an HR & Payroll Specialist to join a friendly People Team. You will support HR and payroll across the business, reporting to the Senior HR Specialist and Head of People & Culture.

You will be involved in the employee lifecycle, payroll processing, HR records, and payroll-related projects, with plenty of exposure and development in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Assisting with payroll administration and monthly payroll processes.
• Maintaining HR records and systems.
• Providing HR support to managers and employees.
• Supporting HR projects, reporting and compliance activities.
