The EFI Group is seeking an experienced and proactive HR Payroll and Analytics Manager to lead our payroll, HR data and people systems functions, ensuring the delivery of accurate, compliant and insight-driven HR operations.
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will take the lead on payroll, pensions, contracts, statutory reporting and HR systems, ensuring the integrity of employee data and the effective delivery of key HR processes across the Group. You will use workforce data and analytics to provide meaningful insights that support strategic decision‑making, workforce planning and organisational improvement.
You will also oversee and develop the recruitment team, ensuring effective recruitment processes, accurate reporting and a high‑quality candidate experience.
This role would suit an experienced HR professional with a passion for payroll, HR systems and people data, who enjoys using insights to drive continuous improvement, inform decision‑making and make a real impact across the EFI Group.

From GBP40,000 to GBP45,000 per annum, subject to qualifications and experience
