Join a long-established, highly successful SME in a standalone HR role with monthly payroll processing.
The HR & Payroll Advisor can work 4 days or reduced hours across 5 days on-site, with weekly hours of 22-24.
This role serves as the primary HR contact on-site, with full HR responsibilities including supporting managers with employee relations, recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, maintaining employee records, ensuring HR compliance, managing contracts, establishing HR policies and procedures, monitoring sickness and holiday records, supporting organizational change, and managing absence.
Ideally, you have previous experience processing end-to-end payroll for a small monthly payroll and hold operational HR generalist experience.
You should have up-to-date knowledge of employment law, be capable of implementing policies and procedures, supporting managers with employee relations, and have experience working in blue/white collar environments.
You must be capable of being the go-to HR person for a small business, with strong communication and organizational skills.
