HR & Payroll Administrator — Location: Salisbury — Salary: 22,500 — Driving Licence Required: Yes
Responsibilities
- Support payroll processes and day-to-day HR tasks to ensure smooth operations.
- Act as a first point of contact for managers, offering guidance on HR matters and helping to drive consistent and efficient people practices.
- Work closely with the HR Manager and provide hands-on support across multiple sites; occasional travel will be required. A full UK driving licence is essential.
- This is a part-time position (30 hours per week, Monday-Friday), with some flexibility in working hours.
