HR & Payroll Administrator, Bridgend

We’re looking for an organised and detail focused HR and Payroll Administrator to join our team and play a key role in HR operations and payroll delivery

You’ll support the full employee lifecycle while managing time & attendance data and processing payroll.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Administering employee records and HR systems (Oracle)
  • Managing onboarding, leavers, and contractual documentation
  • Supporting recruitment and induction processes
  • Processing payroll data accurately and on time each month
  • Coordinating with departmental managers for pay authorisations
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR and employment legislation
  • Handling HR and payroll queries from employees and managers

To be successful in the role you will have experience of:

  • Administering employee records and HR systems (Oracle)
  • Managing onboarding, leavers, and contractual documentation
  • Supporting recruitment and induction processes
  • Processing payroll data accurately and on time each month
  • Maintaining and troubleshooting Time & Attendance data
  • Coordinating with departmental managers for pay authorisations
  • Ensuring compliance with GDPR and employment legislation
  • Handling HR and payroll queries from employees and managers

  • Previous experience in an HR or payroll administrative role
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • A high level of confidentiality and professionalism
  • Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office
  • Understanding of payroll processing and T&A systems
  • Experience working in a manufacturing or fast-paced environment
