HR & Payments Administrator – 1 year Fixed Term Contract

The Role

A fantastic opportunity has arisen working within East Staffordshire Borough Council's HR & Payments Team, which is recruiting to the role of HR & Payments Administrator. This is an administrative role but one which is crucial to the smooth functioning of the team, most especially with administering invoice processing, supporting the payroll/payments process, managing the HR inbox and ticketing requests via our query management system, Resolve.

A great team player, you will be committed, flexible and adaptable to the needs of the department. You will also have good communication skills, with a calm, accurate and methodical approach and the ability to manage competing priorities to meet deadlines.

The appointment is for a fixed term for 1 year. The minimum salary for this post is £24,027 per annum, and the contracted hours of work are 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
