Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of HR Partners, ensuring alignment with business needs and talent strategies.
- Provide coaching, learning, and career guidance to the HR team.
- Support key escalations and collaborate with executive stakeholders.
- Understand business/practice strategies and coach leaders and staff accordingly.
- Manage HR metrics and share insights with business leaders.
- Provide leadership coaching and guidance.
- Oversee critical HR processes, including performance management.
- Partner with leadership to promote inclusion, diversity, and well-being initiatives.
- Monitor employee engagement and leverage listening strategies to enhance employee experience.
- Collaborate with Talent Strategists and Business Leaders on talent development strategies.
- Coordinate with Workforce Planning to align talent priorities with strategic demands.
- Manage complex employee relations issues and provide coaching to leaders.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 10 years in Human Resources, including at least 5 years in leadership roles.
- Proven expertise in strategic HR management and business partnering.
- Comprehensive knowledge of HR best practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret metrics and inform decisions.
- Ability to build relationships with business leaders and stakeholders.
- Familiarity with talent management, organizational development, and change management.
- Proactive, adaptable, and capable of driving HR projects forward.
