Job summary

Ascend Learning Trust is seeking a motivated Senior HR Officer to deliver accurate HR administration across the Central Trust Team. You will manage onboarding, compliance, and safer recruitment while guiding schools on pay and terms and conditions.

You will build strong relationships, work independently to tight deadlines, and promote staff wellbeing and robust HR practice across the Trust. Hours are 37 per week, permanent role.

Qualifications

• Proven HR administration experience
• Experience with onboarding and safer recruitment processes
• Advising on pay, terms and conditions across multiple schools
• Ability to communicate policy clearly and accurately

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate HR administration across the Central Trust Team
• Oversee onboarding, compliance and safer recruitment procedures
• Prepare advertisements and oversee new starter processes
• Provide guidance on pay, terms and conditions and employment legislation
