You will play a key part in maintaining process documentation, supporting HR systems rollout and localisation, and helping coordinate regional tasks such as vendor management, employee relations tracking, and new market setup. This role suits someone with solid HR operations experience who is detail-oriented, enjoys working behind the scenes, and is comfortable working across multiple countries and functions.

Responsibilities

HR Operations and Process Governance:

  • Support the end to end execution of core HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, contract changes and ensure alignment with local regulations and group standards
  • Develop and maintain SOPs across European entities, documenting localised workflows where necessary
  • Maintain trackers and calendars for employment lifecycle milestones such as probation reviews, fixed term renewals, and document audits
  • Ensure country HR teams are aligned on policy updates and process changes and support the operational rollout

HRIS Assistance and Localisation:

  • Assist in the implementation of HR systems in coordination with HQ, ensuring local workflows, templates, and compliance requirements are accurately reflected
  • Provide first level support to country HR users and act as the regional liaison with HQ system teams for issue resolution and enhancement requests
  • Conduct regular checks to ensure employee data accuracy and audit readiness

Employee Relations Case Support:

  • Support HRBPs in the coordination and documentation of employee relations cases across countries including disciplinary, grievance, and investigation processes
  • Track case progress, maintain secure documentation, and support case follow up and timeline management
  • Help ensure case handling remains compliant and consistently documented across the region

New Market HR Setup and Cross Functional Coordination:

  • Coordinate with HQ, Legal, and Finance teams to support the setup of new employment entities and PAYE registration in emerging European markets
  • Prepare HR related documentation, timelines, and process flows to support legal entity activation and hiring readiness
  • Act as the HR operations lead for ensuring a compliant and structured HR foundation is in place before first hires are made

Regional Projects and Cross Functional Collaboration:

  • Support regional HR projects including system rollouts, internal audits, compliance readiness, and process improvement
  • Work with Legal, Finance, and IT on workflows involving employment regulations, employee data, and HR documentation
  • Align with HQ HR to ensure group wide initiatives are executed in the region with proper localisation and tracking

Required Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of HR operations or generalist experience in a regional or multi country setting
  • Strong understanding of HR lifecycle processes, employee documentation, and compliance across European jurisdictions
  • Solid experience working with HR systems such as Workday, SAP, or equivalent including supporting system implementation, user rollout, and process localisation
  • Confident in handling HR data audits, reporting structures, and cross-country consistency
  • Fluent in English; additional European languages are a plus
  • Willing and able to travel across European markets regularly

Desirable but Not Essential

  • Background in retail, consumer brands, or other fast-paced, international environments
  • Experience supporting HR operations across multiple European countries with varying regulatory frameworks
