HR Ops Manager

Job Title: HR Services / Ops / Delivery Manager

Global oil & gas company with consistent growth, employing approximately 5,000 people worldwide, is seeking an experienced HR Services / Ops / Delivery Manager.

Responsibilities:

1. Report to the Global HR Services Director.
2. Lead a HR Operations team of 5 members, responsible for the EMEA region.
3. Partner with HR Directors, Centers of Excellence, and business leads in a matrix environment.
4. Maintain and enhance HR operations, lead projects to improve efficiencies and automation.
5. Oversee contracts, collaborate with external onboarding providers, and manage system improvements (Workday).
6. Manage projects related to the employee lifecycle.

Ideal Candidate:

• Experienced HR Services professional with a track record in global, listed companies.
• Proficient in leading and developing HR Ops teams.
• Skilled in process improvements and change management projects.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills for stakeholder management.

Package:

£70,000 - £80,000, 15% bonus, with 1 day/week in London office.
